The proprietary variable typeface “Centra Sans” anchors the wordmark: x-height is oversized for mobile legibility, while subtle ink-traps echo the gear teeth; stroke weight auto-scales by 0.5 % for every new tenant onboarded, turning the font itself into a living occupancy meter. Micro-kerning is tuned for crystal clarity from 14 px favicon to 12 m pylon signage.
